Tia was amazing. The minute we walked in we were greeted with her kind words and joyful spirit. We even upgraded with no hesitation and all smiles. Tia even helped me do my first ever UBER ride to Orion . Love the location, the room, and the price was fair.

I'm giving 4 stars for service cause the front desk lady by the name of Jazmin is very rude. Her attitude is like she don't like her especially when a guest is asking for information (that definitely needs to be addressed) but my overall stay was pleasant due to the young lady that has glasses and dreads I do believe (apologies bout the description but I don't know her name) and the young man that works at night they have always been helpful.. they should be rewarded

I received exceptional customer service checking in(Staff name Tia) and out(Staff name Jasmine) and the Huntsville Ala. Both ladies were very professional and delivered great soft skills. The checking in and out process was quick and easy. Our room was clean-comfortable bed and spacious. We will definitely stay at this location on our next visit to Huntsville.

What a DELIGHTFUL experience!!! Came up for the Teddy Swims concert, to this great room!! Tia, at the front desk was SUPER helpful and kind!! Wish more people poured out that kind of love into the world!! I would highly recommend this place, and would come back here, if I’m ever in Huntsville again.

I usually don't post about a hotel experience because most of the time they leave a taste to be desired. However, not this time because it was a truly great experience. Two front desk staff standouts were Harrison and Jasmine from the inviting conversation to making sure the room was clean and tidy. Harrison made sure the parking lot was safe for us to enter and exit safely. I would definitely revisit again.

The location is great, clean and inviting and Ms. Tia P. at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She is so warm and welcoming and honestly my decision to stay here was based mostly on her amazing customer service. She answered all my questions and made me very comfortable with my choice. Top notch service!

I relocated to Huntsville for employment and was shocked at the cost involved with temporary accommodations until I could find a home. After an intense search for lodging I came across The WoodSprings at Huntsville. While exploring options and financial restraints Assistant Manager Jasmine Tolliver stepped in like the Super Woman she is and saved my day, along with creating a loyal lifelong relationship between hotel chain and client. There were several instances when dealing with a hectic work schedule and the real estate company I wasn’t able to fulfill my obligations on time, but Jasmine was able to maintain hotel policy and amazing customer service for all. I can’t say enough about Mrs Tolliver or how she treats her customers and staff like family. I don’t know how long my stay will be, but however long it is, I pray that she remains in the forefront of this establishment and eventually in charge of her own. I will always visit and refer all my future clients and contractors to her wherever she goes.
